Terms & Conditions

These terms form an agreement between you and HR Shastra, which operates the HR Shastra platform ("the Service").

Last updated 28 August 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

The Service is provided by HR Shastra, trading as HR Shastra. By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you accept as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age.

2. The Service

HR Shastra is a research and analysis platform for HR transformation. It produces scenarios, problem analyses, roadmaps, technology evaluations and exportable reports based on public sources and your own inputs. Outputs are decision support, not professional legal, financial, tax or HR compliance advice, and must be reviewed by a competent person before you act on them.

3. Access and accounts

  • Access is limited to verified business email addresses; personal mailboxes are not permitted.
  • You must keep your login credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • We may withdraw access if your email address is removed from the approved list.

4. Licence and restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service, or circumvent technical or usage limits.

5. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful use, fraud or spam.
  • No infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  • No interference with the security or integrity of the Service — no malware, probing, scanning or unauthorised scraping.
  • No use of the Service to generate content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, or that impersonates a real person.
  • You are responsible for your prompts and inputs, for verifying outputs, and for holding the rights to any content you submit.

6. AI-generated output

Parts of the Service use AI models. Output may be incomplete or inaccurate and is labelled by evidence strength (fact, evidence, inference or hypothesis) precisely because confidence varies. Do not rely on output for regulated professional advice without human oversight. We may filter, refuse or restrict outputs, remove content, and suspend accounts for repeated misuse. Rights-holders can raise a takedown request at satrajit@viscap-cs.com; repeat infringement leads to termination.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the Service, including its software, methodology, documentation, templates and branding. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

8. Service levels

We work to keep the Service available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Research depends on third-party sources and models that may change or become unavailable.

9. Access and fees

Access to the Service is granted by approval of your business email address. The Service is not sold online at present, and no payment, subscription or billing is processed through this website.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel at any time. On termination you may export your saved research for 30 days, after which data may be deleted.

11. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow exclusion.

12. Indemnity

You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

13. General

You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HR Shastra is established, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms and will change the "last updated" date above.
